Born here raised here . Red Angus Nothing could be better for the cattle to grow up on the farm. We know that happy cattle produce better tasting meat. Fed natural green prairie grasses and hay grown on the farm. No Pesticides sprayed here , No antibiotics , nor breeding hormones. We are committed to raising high quality beef, and are dedicated to raising cattle traditionally. It is our mission to bring you the most flavorful , tender tasting beef you can imagine.
Beef is sold by the hanging weight per pound
Custom cutting and wrapping to your specifications is additional & a Harvest fee. (This changes with the butcher’s market )
Weight can vary with approximations as an example below.
QUARTER BEEF: Approx. 150-175 pounds hanging weight.
For example, a Quarter Beef could weigh approximately 137.5 lbs hanging weight. Note, there is approximately a 30% variance from hanging weight to the meat in your freezer, giving you approximately 95 lbs of meat in the freezer
HALF: Approx. 200-325 pounds hanging weight.
WHOLE: Approx. 400-650 pounds hanging weight. The weight of the cattle can vary.
*All the beef is grass-fed / no hormones or antibiotics.
During the dry aging process, the beef will gain its flavor before cutting and wrapping.
